After three children and keeping my weight down, exercising and doing all the "right" things, I still could not get rid of my sagging skin on my stomach. I went to Dr. Watterson for a consult because he was highly recommended by a nurse friend of mine. He is the most personable and caring physician I have ever met. He recommended a skin-only tummy tuck. It was the best thing I have done! The results are amazing. I have a firm torso now and feel very comfortable at the beach in my bikini. I am sorry that Dr. Watterson had decided to leave North Carolina but our loss is Utah's gain. There is no better plastic surgeon! His after care is amazing. I had my tummy tuck in April 2018 and just had my last "check up" in February 2019. He really wants to ensure that you are happy with his work.

My wife and I have both done procedures w/ Dr. Watterson. His work is stellar. His follow up is attentive, thoughtful and complete. We can't recommend him highly enough. And he is a great guy, wonderful to speak with -- just couldn't be a nicer guy.

I loved everything about my experience with Dr. Watterson! He made me feel super comfortable, I was educated on everything before the surgery, and everything turn out more than what I had wished for!

Dr. Watterson is one of the best plastic surgeons! I had saline breast implants 16 years ago. Recently, one of the implants had started to leak. I was quite concerned and self conscience! A friend of mine had just had breast augmentation with Dr. Watterson and highly recommended him! She said she had no pain after her surgery, even went to Target the next day! This is quite unusual for this type of surgery, but she heard from others that Dr. Watterson's patients were usually pain-free or limited pain! This sold me as I am very active and do not like down time! After meeting Dr. Watterson I knew he was the doctor to help get me back in order! I had both implants removed and replaced with silicone implants. Dr. Watterson took the time to explain the difference, the pros and the cons, and made me feel that he was going to help get my breasts looking as close to the same size as he could! After surgery I was pain free and my breasts were the same size and felt so natural! I couldn't be happier! His followup visits are always a joy as I feel like I've known him forever. If you are looking for a highly qualified surgeon with a GREAT bedside manner, this is the doctor for you!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr. Watterson. His knowledge and experience put to rest any fears or hesitation that I had prior to plastic surgery. I was really impressed on my first visit. He spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions, and providing all of the information I needed to make me feel comfortable about my decision. He is kind, compassionate, and did an absolutely amazing job on my surgery. I have no regrets and would highly recommend him to anyone considering any type of plastic surgery. He knows what he's doing and does it well. I was very happy after my procedure. I have my self-confidence back and feel amazing.

Dr Watterson performed a tummy tuck on me about 5 months ago. He was so nice and very professional. I am extremely pleased with the results. He was very detailed and I would definitely use him again. I feel like he really listened to me with all of my concerns.

Dr. Watterson is a great surgeon. He is meticulous and a very personable doctor. He spends time with each of his patients, reviews options and helps determine the best plan for the patient. 100% would recommend him for plastic surgery.

Lori Coats my fiancé recently had her implants removed and we were both amazed not only with Dr.Watterson’s but the care that the entire staff showed us...but what really touched us was the care that Dr.Watterson showed us with his personal calls and his genuine care for Lori...I truly understand the confusion and questions that you face when you choose a doctor but please feel 100% confident that you will make the best choice when you choose Dr. Watterson.

Although accurate, “kind and gifted surgeon” doesn’t begin to describe Dr. Watterson. I am obviously one of his biggest fans. He performed neck, lower face and upper eye procedures for me two years ago. I believe that most people having cosmetic surgery are concerned about two things - safety of surgery and results of surgery. I was never worried about either. Dr. Watterson is more than a surgeon, he truly is an artist. His results are natural. I know this because people are shocked when they learn I have “had work done”. His bedside manner is unmatched by any other doctor’s. He will immediately put you at ease and instill confidence. I can’t express how sad I am that he is leaving Charlotte. He is best of the best. Our loss is Utah’s great gain. I would encourage anyone in his geographical area who is need of the services he offers to seek him out - I promise that you are missing out if you don’t! He is a phenomenal phyician and truly wonderful human being!
